Planning Submissions
Planning Application drawing packages for house extensions, loft conversions and garage conversion projects.
We will work with you to develop your ideas into a complete design package producing all the drawings and taking care of the planning application.
Building Control Approval
Building Control — Technical drawing and specification packages prepared for your house extension, loft conversion and garage conversion projects.
We also coordinate the approval of the drawings with a local building control officer and also liaise with your builder of choice to form a good relationship and work together to produce the details in line with their expertise and preferred building methods.
During this phase we will also complete a fully coordinated structural design package signed off by a qualified Structural Engineer.
Structural Design and Coordination
During the building regulation design phase we will ensure the projects structural aspects are fully designed/ coordinated and signed off by a certified Structural Engineer. Including foundation/ footing details, steel beam/ column sizing’s and new floor/ roof joist sizes and specifications.
